Can I use my SIM card and esimcarty eSIM at the same time?

Yes. Please remember that if you leave your SIM card activated, your network provider may apply data roaming charges to make or receive phone calls, and to send or receive text messages.

What is the validity of your eSIMs?

Currently valid for 180 days prior to activation. After activation, the plan is valid for the length of the plan. eSIMs validity is extended with each top up.

Is there a physical store for Simcarti?

No, Simcarti does not operate any physical stores. You can exclusively purchase your eSIM through the official website or on our upcoming App.
